Chug Ivrit Open House - Monday, June 3
4:30-5:15pm at Beth Israel Center, 1406 Mound St.
All prospective K-5 students (for the 2012-13 academic year) are invited to come and check out Chug Ivrit. Join us for a performance by the current Chug Ivrit students, games & dancing, meet the teachers, and see what Chug Ivrit is all about. Chug Ivrit is an after-school Hebrew program for K-5 students sponsored by the Jewish Federation of Madison.
Children participating in Chug Ivrit are exposed to the Hebrew language and Hebrew learning experiences in a fun, safe, and engaging environment, including thematic units, arts & crafts, singing, dancing, informal Hebrew instruction, and more.
Chug Ivrit meets Monday and Thursday afternoons. Students in kindergarten through 2nd grade may attend either or both days. There is programming for students in grades 3-5 on Mondays. Program start times are coordinated with public school dismissal times. Chug Ivrit meets at Beth Israel Center, 1406 Mound Street, Madison, 256-7763.
