PROJECT UPDATE:
114 Rosh Hashanah baskets were delivered to older adults in our community for this project!
THIS YEAR we will not be able to meet in-person for the holidays. So, we will be expanding our delivery of Rosh Hashanah gift baskets to those we would normally see at JSS events. To celebrate the Jewish New Year of Rosh Hashanah, we will assemble and deliver approximately 100 gift baskets to our seniors at their homes, apartments, and facilities. The goody filled baskets will include apples, honey, honey cakes, candy, a card from the local youth groups, a brochure, and a note from JSS.

The gift baskets will be delivered after the assembly is completed. Dates and times are flexible according to volunteers' schedules. We will work with volunteers to assign routes and times.
All ages welcome to volunteer. Those younger than high school should attend with a parent or other adults in charge. Thanks to our volunteers who help us all keep in touch!
