Hannah Rosenthal, CEO and President of the Milwaukee Jewish Federation, shared her perspective on the worldwide increase of hatred and increase of anti-Semitic incidents across Wisconsin. Michael Johnson, CEO of Boys and Girls Club of Dane County, also spoke, sharing remarks of solidarity between the Jewish and African American communities and speaking out against the recent graffiti crimes.
From February 14th, 2015
The graffiti on the west side of Madison today was real, it was scary, and it was disappointing. The Madison Police Department has been very responsive and is investigating what happened. All acts of anti-Semitism and hatred need to be confronted and strongly condemned. What affects us affects others and we all need to stand together.
