Welcome to the Irwin A. and Robert D. Goodman Aquatic Center! Come enjoy the beautiful 5,500 square-foot outdoor pool, located at the Irwin A. and Robert D. Goodman Jewish Community Campus in Verona.

WE'RE HIRING FOR SUMMER 2023

• Lifeguards - Hiring ages 15+ for weeknights and/or weekends. We will provide on-site training for the necessary certifications for new and returning lifeguards.
• Cashiers - Hiring ages 14+ for weeknights and/or weekends.

We are gearing up for our 2023 season at the Goodman Aquatic Center! Online registration is now open to purchase summer memberships and day passes in packs of 5 and 10. 

We look forward to spending another summer together with our community at our beautiful facility. Please see the details on our Fees & Registration page for information on attendance during public swim hours (weekends, weekday evenings, and holidays). For all registrations (memberships and day passes), you will sign up through our online registration system. This allows us to communicate with everyone in our community in a timely manner on items such as aquatic center closures, schedule changes, health and safety information, expectations during visits, and more.

We are excited to bring day pass packs to the GAC this summer! With these packs, you can access the pool for a limited number of sessions. These packs are intended for those who may only be able to visit the pool a few times this summer or who have not been members before and are looking to try it out for a reduced fee.

All individuals in our pool community will be expected to know and uphold the expectations of the pool during visits to contribute to the safe, fun, and enriching environment we know and love. We can't wait to see you this summer!

COVID-19 Vaccination Policy 

• It is strongly recommended that all eligible visitors have had a complete primary series of COVID-19 vaccinations. COVID-19 vaccination eligibility starts at six months old. We encourage maintaining up-to-date vaccination status through booster shots.

The pool’s six 25-meter lanes make it great for lap-swimming, and its zero-depth entry make it accessible to everyone. When you’re out of the water, the pool’s shaded area and deck chairs offer a great place to lounge with friends and family, while enjoying a variety of delicious concessions available daily.

Our pool has a salt-water generator, making the pool better for the environment and for swimmers. This generator allows us to use salt, a natural element found in the earth, as a sanitizing agent, instead of relying on large amounts of liquid chlorine. The Goodman Aquatic Center is now home to large solar panels, which help to heat the pool water.

The Goodman Aquatic Center, which is located at 7762 County Road PD, just 15 minutes from downtown Madison, is open with weekday and weekend hours by membership only for summer 2022.

Payment Types Accepted

Credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash are accepted at the pool. There is a processing fee for credit and debit cards added on for purchases made at the pool.
