Yom HaShoah service, followed by the film Nicky's Family. Madison Jewish community member Renata Laxova is featured in the film and will be introducing it and answering questions after the screening. Nicky's Family tells the nearly forgotten story of Nicholas Winton, an Englishman who organized the rescue of 669 Czech and Slovak children just before the outbreak of World War II.
