“Strangers No More” ( Documentary) In the heart of Tel Aviv, children from forty-eight different countries and of many religions find refuge at Bialik-Rogozin, an exceptional school, where they come together to learn in peace. The students struggle to forget their past, sharing their stories as they rebuild their lives. Not rated: inspiring and hopeful. Released, 2 Winner of Academy Award for best Short Documentary. Films and refreshments are free. Temple's Arbor Street doors open at 7:00 pm, films begin at 7:15pm and are followed by an often animated discussion. Snacks, beverages and much schmoozing among friends (known and new), precede the showings.
