Keynote Speaker: Tanya Arbit
Tanya Arbit is the immediate past Women's Philanthropy Chair, 2025 Annual Campaign Co-Chair, and current board member at Milwaukee Jewish Federation. She is also a member of the National Women's Philanthropy Board at Jewish Federations of North America.
Congratulations to our 2024 Award Recipients!
Each year, the Jewish Federation of Madison gives out several awards at our Annual Meeting recognizing outstanding service and leadership within our community. We are proud to introduce you to this year's recipients, three amazing members of our community.
- Stefanie Kushner ~ Andrea J. Stein Jewish Community Professional Award
Awarded annually to a Jewish community professional who promotes Jewish community outreach, engagement, and action that best serves Klal Yisrael.
- Aaron Seligman ~ Miriam Singer Sulman Young Leadership Award
This award recognizes future leadership potential and enables the recipient to attend the Jewish Federations of North America General Assembly.
- Lainie Minkoff and Jeremy Tunis ~ Ben Minkoff Volunteer Service Award
Honors an individual with a record of committed service to the Jewish Federation of Madison and the Madison Jewish community stretching over a period of time, doing volunteer work beyond its usual definition.

We will also be thanking outgoing President Sasha Kerlow and outgoing board members Bennett Berson, Leslie Coff, David Gordon, Ron Luskin, Yaron Nili, and Elizabeth Schrimpf, welcoming incoming President Fred Gants and incoming board members Debbie Blitz, Sarit Eskritt, Dan Esser, Jacob Harris, Stormy-Kito Justice, Barry Klemons, Beth Schreiber, and Ziva Wear, and remembering Gerald (Jerry) Stewart, z"l, a community leader and past president (1982-84) at the Jewish Federation of Madison who passed away in March 2024.
