Reservations are required and are due by 10:00 a.m. on the preceding Friday. Programs are lectures or entertainment. About monthly the Wisconsin Society of Pharmacy Students holds a Health Assessment, providing information and some screening.

Cost for anyone over age 60 is a donation, typically at least $4.00/person. For anyone else (and all are welcome) the cost is $7.50/person. The meals are kosher, though prepared in a kitchen that is not kosher. Accessible transportation is available with Transit Solutions for $1 roundtrip, payable to the driver.
