Visit "The Woman's Hour has Struck, Wisconsin: The First State to Ratify the Vote for Women" exhibit at the State Capitol with historian, Bobbie Malone. Then join us for coffee or lunch at a nearby restaurant.
Join us to commemorate the suffragists whose work led to passage of the 19th amendment. Special emphasis will be placed on Rachel S. Jastrow, the Jewish suffragist leader and liaison between the suffragists and the state legislature. Jewish women played important roles in the suffragist movement.
