The Jewish Federation of Madison's Community Relations Committee (CRC) will host Alan Borsuk as the featured speaker at this Community Forum.

Topic: The evolution and status of public education
Alan will provide his perspective on the evolution of public education and the implications of public policy considerations as it relates to school choice and vouchers, Act 10 and teacher unions, the decline in student achievement scores, implications of COVID-19 on learning, and the challenges of making long-lasting improvements in taxpayer-supported public education.

About Alan Borsuk
Alan grew up in Madison. After completing his education at UW-Madison, for many years was a reporter at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, specializing in coverage of education. Since 2009, he has been a Senior Fellow at Marquette University Law School.
