The best defense against an active threat is training. This training is open to those in the Madison Jewish community and is being led by Ari Friedman, director of security and community properties for the Milwaukee Jewish Federation.
In this training, you will learn to:
*Have a better understanding of active threat incidents
*Identify and explain modes of action during an active shooter incident: run, hide, fight
*Understand how to prepare for an active threat event
*Know how to respond to law enforcement's arrival
*Recognize the importance of additional training
