Please note that the date for this event was changed to Friday, September 4.
What’s working for you coping with necessary restrictions and isolation? Are you taking time to keep in touch with family and friends, reaching out to old friends? Do you have people to talk to and commiserate with? Any creative outlets? A new routine for these times?
Daniel Goldman believes these are all things that have some potential in keeping our sanity. Daniel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked with people of all ages and a broad spectrum of human experience. He currently splits his time between his private practice (Guide Forward) and as a Staff Therapist at the Madison Veterans’ Administration Mental Health Clinic, where he specializes in providing treatment for older adults.
Daniel Goldman will share experiences during COVID and throughout his career and engage us in an open discussion about challenges and success in coping.
