Our Social Justice Committee is pleased that we are able to resume our tradition of providing a holiday meal for Safe Haven, Porchlight’s shelter for homeless adults with mental illnesses.

We need:

• Individuals and families to prepare or buy individual food items for the holiday dinner.
• Food items brought to BIC on December 23 between 1:00 pm-2:00 pm. (Alternative pick-up arrangements may be made with the coordinators, Merle and Corliss.)
• Nine adult volunteers to set up, serve and clean up Christmas dinner at Safe Haven from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm on Thursday, December 23.
