Join R' Sami Barth for a unique celebration of Yom Ha'Atzmaut. The Israel Seder is a project developed over the past 10 years by R' Sami. It has been piloted at synagogues and day schools across the US, at shuls in Europe, and at Kibbutz Lotan in Israel. This is a chance to encounter, over a "seder" meal the stories, joys, challenges of Israel, through memories, songs, archives. For more information, visit www.israelseder.org.
A "seder" context creates a safe space where we can connect with Israel, share thoughts and diverse ideas, together as a community. What better way to mark Yom Ha'atzma'ut.
To defray the costs of the food to be served, the participation fee is $14/adult and $8/child (under 13). If this is cost-prohibitive for you, please contact the office or R' Sami (rabbi@bethisraelcenter.org). RSVP to office@bethisraelcenter.org ASAP.
