"Israel: The Present and Future Reality" will offer three important views of Israel as the Temple Beth El community prepares for our June visit. These sessions are both for those traveling to Israel and for those who are interested and concerned about Israel at this important moment in history. Join the Jewish Federation of Madison's Israeli shlichim (emissaries) Oz Bin-Nun and Hanna Bloch as they inform us about life in Israel at this delicate moment in time.

On Tuesday, March 28, 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm, we will learn about our crucial connection between American Jews and Israeli Jews.

On Sunday, April 2, 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm, we will engage about the different Jewish denominations in Israel, as well as the connections between Jews and Muslims in Israel.

On Sunday, April 30, 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm, we will discuss Israel's next 75 years and what the future will hold. We will also speak about the different minority groups in Israel, and how they experience life there today.

These sessions will be offered in person at Temple Beth El, though participants can listen in on Zoom as well. Israeli snacks will be provided. Registration is required. To Register >
