About the Movie
The documentary DVD, "Denial" is based on the acclaimed book, "Denial: Holocaust History on Trial". Holocaust denier, David Irving, a fabricator of "fake news" (in this case, fake history) is called out by historian,lecturer Deborah Lipstadt (Weisz). However, due to his refusal to back down in his assertions that the Holocaust never happened, Deborah decides to sue him for slander. However, Mr. Irving is a citizen of Britian. British law deviates from American legalities. As a result, Deborah finds she must prove the Holocaust did in fact happen.
