The Environment and Climate Change Action Team invites you to join us at Bernie's Beach to work with the Friends of Monona Bay to clean up the shore.

Everyone is welcome! The shoreline cleanup will start at 10:00 am at Bernie's Beach (corner of Gilson and S. Shore Drive) and finish at noon at the Brittingham Park Shelter, where the Good Neighbor Gathering (https://www.dmna.org/GNG2022) is taking place starting at 12:00 pm. Trash bags, pick sticks, buckets, and latex gloves will be provided. This is a shoreline cleanup, which means simply walking the shore and picking up trash. Those who are willing can scramble the rocks to gather debris in between as well.
