PJ Library (a program of the Jewish Federation of Madison) volunteer opportunity for families.
Jewish Federation of Madison, PJ Library Madison, and Middleton Outreach Ministry will be teaming up for a morning of service. We will be packing meal kits and emergency pantry bags for Middleton Outreach Ministry.
Kids and families will have the opportunity to explore learning related to food insecurity in our community. There will be a number of stations where kids and families can learn about hunger, help pack meal kits and emergency bags for the pantry, and even a sensory exploration station for the little ones.
Free lunch, snacks, and t-shirts will be provided for all participants.
Funding for this service project was made possible by a grant from the Jewish Federations of North America and Repair the World. This is a free event. Children of all ages are welcome.
