Special Shabbat with Cantorial Soloist Michele Rozansky, followed by lunch and discussion
Shabbat Morning, 9:30 am Torah Study; 10:30 am Service; 12:30 pm Kiddush Lunch
We welcome back Cantorial Soloist, Michele Rozansky, for another musical service. She and Rabbi Laurie will lead a service together. In honor of International Human Rights day the service will focus on Jewish tradition's insistence on justice and building resiliency within our community in order to engage in social justice work. This is an opportunity to create community and reflect together on the changing nature of our nation. Following the service we will have lunch and continue our discussion. Come for all or part of the morning.
Tot Shabbat Service at 11:15 am
Children ages 0-6 and their families are invited to come anytime between 10:30-11:15 am for singing in the larger community. At 11:15 am families will leave for their own mini-service and story followed by play time. Meet at the Gaebler Living Room at the First Unitarian Society. The group will then head to the Landmark Auditorium for their service
