The struggles facing undocumented families are not far away -- they are right here at home.
Join us for dinner on December 5 and learn how this timely national issue affects our local neighbors. Fabiola Hamdan, a bilingual social worker who works with undocumented residents in Dane County, will give us an up-close look at the challenges they face every day.
Everyone is invited to attend! $17/person for dinner. Register by November 14.
Delicious dinner menu from Adamah featuring braised balsamic bone-in chicken or braised balsamic tofu, garlic whipped potatoes, roasted vegetable medley, mixed greens salad with honey balsamic dressing, and warm chocolate babka. At the event, we’ll be collecting healthy, nonperishable snacks for Centro Hispano’s after-school youth program, which supports education, community engagement, and leadership development for Latino and Spanish-speaking youth and their families.
