Tour and Discussion: Sifting and Reckoning: UW–Madison’s History of Exclusion and Resistance

TBE Sisterhood and the Social Action Committee's Racial Justice Action Team invite all Temple members to join us for a self-guided tour of the Chazen Museum of Art’s new exhibit: Sifting & Reckoning: UW–Madison’s History of Exclusion and Resistance, presented by UW–Madison’s Public History Project, which will examine 150 years of struggle and perseverance on the UW campus by students (and to a lesser extent faculty) of color, Jews, people with disabilities, LGBTQ people, and other marginalized groups. Together we will explore the various experiences of marginalized students told through objects from more than a century of life on campus, rarely displayed artifacts pulled from UW archives.

Please register by September 27: https://www.tbemadison.org/event/siftingandreckoning.
