With great sadness, we write to inform you of the death on August 29 of George Wolnak, husband of the late Edith Wolnak nee Herst, father of Kenneth (Elizabeth) Wolnak, grandfather of Juliana Wolnak, Max Wolnak, and Megan Harper, brother of the late Lillian Sherman and Bernard Wolnak. George was a long-time participant of JSS programs, especially Shabbat at Capitol Lakes.

Graveside services are on Wednesday at 11:00 am at Waldheim Jewish Cemetery, North Riverside, IL. Family and friends who will not attend the services can view the services live Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at 11:00 am CST or the recording any time after.

There will be a Shiva Minyan on Friday, September 10 at 1:00 pm at Capitol Lakes.
