With great sadness, we write to inform you of the death on January 12 of Mark Jacobs, husband of the late Susan Jacobs, father of Hannah (Adriel) Bienn, grandfather of Azaryah, brother of Janice Warsaw, Greg (Donna) Jacobs, and the late Sharon (the late Michael) Radlove.
The funeral took place on January 16, 2022, in Skokie, IL.
