Rabbi Kenneth Roseman

With great sadness, we write to inform you of the death of Rabbi Kenneth Roseman, a rabbi of Temple Beth El from 1976-1985 who was instrumental in the founding of our Midrasha Hebrew High School program. He is survived by his wife Phyllis and his children Allison and Michael, and was preceded in death by his wife Helen. Rabbi Roseman died on the morning of April 26 after several weeks of battling the COVID-19 virus.

His memory is a blessing to all who had the honor of meeting him and learning from him, and he leaves in a legacy of learning and wisdom for the Temple Beth El congregation, the Madison Jewish community, and for those people and congregations that he served throughout his rabbinate.

There will be a private memorial service for his family followed by a communal memorial service in Corpus Christi, Texas, at a later date. We offer sincere condolences to the Roseman family; may they be comforted at this time.

May Rabbi Roseman's memory be for a blessing.
