With great sadness, we write to inform you that Sam Jacobs, father of Harvey Jacobs (Susan) of Madison and Bernie Jacobs (Suzanne) of Brooklyn, NY, died on December 22nd at Agrace Hospice. He was 94.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday December 27th, 2017 at 11:00 am at the chapel at Sunset Memory Gardens, 7302 Mineral Point Road, Madison.

There will be a reception after the funeral at the home of Harvey and Susan Jacobs. The family welcomes those who knew Sam to attend both the funeral and reception.
