With great sadness, we write to inform you of the death of Stormy-Kito Justice. Stormy is survived by his husband, Dr. Elaina Meier; mother, Pamela Lever-Johnson; brothers, Frank Robert Johnson and Michael Steven Williams; children, Jordell and Brianna; and chosen family, Devyn Brown. Stormy passed away on March 3 after a brief and severe battle with cancer.

Those who wish to participate in the mitzvah of shmira, sitting with the deceased in the hours leading up to burial, may sign up to help at this link. Shmira will begin this Wednesday at 2:00 pm and continue until close to the funeral.

The funeral will be held on Friday, March 6, at 1:00 pm, at Beth Israel Center, 1406 Mound Street. We will provide more specific information about the date and time as soon as it is available. The funeral will be livestreamed at this link for those who cannot attend in person. Burial will follow afterward at Beit Olamim Cemetery, within Sunset Memory Gardens at 7302 Mineral Point Rd.
