With great sadness, we write to inform you that Zach Tabak, son of Diane and Larry Tabak, died early Sunday morning on April 22, 2018, following a tragic pedestrian/car accident in Middleton. He was 26 years old.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 pm on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at Temple Beth El, 2702 Arbor Drive, Madison 53711 with burial to follow at Sunset Memory Gardens, 7302 Mineral Point Road.
