We are thrilled to announce that Logan Bookstaff has joined the Jewish Federation of Madison staff as the Assistant Director of Staff Recruitment and Retention at Camp Shalom!
Logan has worked at Camp Shalom since 2018 as a counselor and was on the admin team last summer (2023) as an assistant director at Noar-Bogrim (NOBO). He recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Kinesiology. While he is looking to attend graduate school to become a physical therapist in the future, he is excited to be focusing his attention on camp now.
"I am ready to do my part at the Jewish Federation of Madison and make a difference in my community. I am looking forward to maintaining my connection to Camp Shalom and continuing to support the camp community's growth, " shared Logan.
Logan is a lifelong resident of Madison who grew up here. In his free time, you will likely find Logan playing video games, watching sports, or spending time outdoors.
The Assistant Director of Staff Recruitment and Retention is a newly created year-round position that will focus on building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective staff, seeking new staff, and developing and implementing staff training, support, and feedback programs at Camp Shalom.
Join us in welcoming Logan!
