The dynamic leadership development program created by the Jewish Federation of Madison brings together a cohort of young adults for an 18-month program with speakers, trainings, and group trips.

We offer a variety of educational and social adult programs, as well as leadership development and networking opportunities. We also support and recognize members of our community through a number of grants and awards presented throughout the year.
