With great sadness, we write to inform you of the death of Patrick Hawkins, brother of Lori Hawkins.
Patrick was preceded in death by his wife, Sondra. He is survived by his children Chris, Brian and Hannah; and his and Lori's brother John.
The funeral will be in Phoenix on Veteran's Day.
